Its paid middleman service (EpicNPC lists $4.95 + 6% of the item value) has an EpicNPC staff member hold the account while payment is made. Every Trade Guardian step happens on epicnpc.com, never over Discord.
Once payment clears, or the EpicNPC middleman releases the account, you receive the credentials and the original email. Log in and rotate the password and the recovery details yourself. Handing over the original email is the strongest seller-side handover available; it is not a guarantee about Nexon or any previous owner. What every account includes.
Whoever you buy from, these are the checks that separate a described account from a surprise. Work through them in the same conversation where you agree the price.
World first: an Interactive world (Bera, Scania, Luna) and a Heroic world (Kronos, Hyperion, Solis) are different economies and cannot be swapped later. Then class, then level, then the systems that take real time: Legion, symbols, and the bosses actually cleared. Two accounts at the same level can be months apart in progression.
Ask for it in writing: original registration email, any linked platform accounts, meso and items staying on the account, and anything the seller will remove before handover. If a detail is not written down, treat it as not included.
Before money moves, the conversation should contain the final price, the payment method, what is delivered (credentials plus email), and when. Keep that message thread. It is your only record if something is disputed later.
Your own passwords, 2FA or PIC codes, recovery codes, or payment-card numbers. Discord DMs and forum messages are not secure channels for any of them. A seller only needs to know what you want and how to reach you; a middleman on EpicNPC works on epicnpc.com, never by asking for your codes.
Account transfers and account sharing conflict with Nexon's rules, and sanctions are Nexon's to decide. No seller can make a purchase officially permitted or risk-free, and we do not offer advice on avoiding enforcement. The original email lets you secure the account; it does not change the rule.

Each account is checked individually before listing: ownership, history and standing. That removes the uncertainty a seller can actually remove. It cannot rule out later platform enforcement or a recovery dispute.
