Everything buyers usually want to know before pulling the trigger. Something missing? Message us on Discord.
Can the account get banned after I buy it?
Yes, it can. Nexon's user abuse policy lists account trading (transferring an account in exchange for real or in-game money) and account sharing as violations, and its banning guidelines put sanctions anywhere from a 3 day suspension to a permanent ban, at a GM's discretion. Any seller who tells you otherwise is guessing. Our own record: no buyer has ever reported a ban on an account we sold. That is history, not a guarantee. What we control, we do control: every account is checked individually for history, standing and ownership before it is listed, you get the original email so you can rotate the credentials the moment it is yours, and a middleman is available on request. What we cannot do is speak for Nexon, so we do not.
How does the purchase process work?
Tell us what you want, on Discord (vm3938) or with the request form on the Accounts page. We reply with the matching accounts, their stats and the price. Then you choose how to pay: directly, or through EpicNPC's Trade Guardian. Its free option records the trade and decides who goes first but holds no payment and provides no middleman; its paid middleman service has EpicNPC staff hold the account during the handover, for a fee EpicNPC publishes. Once payment clears, you receive the full credentials and the original email in the same conversation.
What does EpicNPC Trade Guardian actually do?
Two different things, and it matters which one you pick. The free Trade Guardian records the trade on EpicNPC, runs its checks and tells the buyer or the seller to go first; it does not hold the payment and no middleman is involved. The paid middleman service, priced by EpicNPC at $4.95 plus 6% of the item value, has an EpicNPC staff member take the account, confirm it, and release it once payment is made. Both run entirely on epicnpc.com. EpicNPC does not use Discord or Telegram for any step, so anyone offering to middleman in Discord is not EpicNPC.
Do I really get the original email?
Yes, with every single account, no exceptions. The original email is the strongest handover a seller can give: with it in your hands you can rotate the credentials and the recovery address yourself. No stolen accounts. We cannot make promises on Nexon’s behalf.
What exactly do I receive when I buy?
The login credentials for the account and for its original registration email, handed over in the same Discord conversation once payment clears. Before you pay you get a written description of the account: world, class, level, progression and the price. Rotate the password and the recovery details as soon as it is yours.
What happens if something goes wrong after I pay?
Ask before you pay. This site does not publish a written warranty, so ask what support applies to the specific account you are buying and get the answer in the same conversation. The original email lets you secure the account yourself; it does not guarantee against a later recovery dispute or a Nexon sanction, and we do not claim it does.
Do you offer payment plans?
On select accounts, yes. When we send you the options we say which ones qualify, and we agree a schedule that works for both sides before anything changes hands.
How often do new accounts come in stock?
Availability moves quickly, so we do not keep a public catalog. Send a request with the world, class and budget you want, on Discord or from the Accounts page, and we answer with what is available right now. If the right one is not in yet we keep an eye out for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support multiple payment methods to keep things convenient wherever you are. Ask us on Discord and we'll walk you through the current options and help you pick the smoothest one for your region.
Can I trade in or trade up my current account?
Yes! If you already own an account, we can value it as credit toward a bigger one, or make you a straight offer. Send us the details on Discord and we'll appraise it, no strings attached.
